Jackson Automotive Group Inc. was a leading, integrated, full-service supplier of door hinges, door checks and spare tire carrier systems for a number of light truck, SUV and passenger car applications. The Company provided extensive engineering support to its customers by supplying full design and testing of door hinges and door check assemblies and under-the-vehicle spare tire systems. At the time of exit, JAG had grown significantly, becoming the largest supplier of automotive hinges in North America.
