Kendall International, Inc. was a leading worldwide manufacturer and distributor of disposable medical products that had previously been a division of Colgate-Palmolive. The Company manufactured (i) disposable medical supplies for hospitals and alternate site health care facilities worldwide, (ii) home healthcare products for pharmacies and other retail outlets, and (iii) adhesive products and tapes for healthcare, consumer and industrial applications.
