Mark Adamson is an Operating Partner and Managing Director at JLL. Mark works closely with JLL’s management teams to improve operational efficiencies, integrate add-on acquisitions, and implement growth strategies. Prior to joining JLL in 2018, Mark was the CEO of Fletcher Building, a conglomerate of building products businesses based in Australia and New Zealand. Previously, he was with laminate company, Formica Corporation, where he ran their European division before being promoted to CEO. Mark also held roles in finance and management at Glaxosmithkline and Deloitte. Mr. Adamson earned a B.A. (Hons) Finance from Northumbria University in the UK and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte.

Dan Agroskin is a Managing Director and leads JLL’s healthcare investment vertical. Dan serves on JLL’s Investment Committee and Management Committee. Prior to joining JLL in 2005, Dan worked at J.P. Morgan Partners and in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Merrill Lynch. Dan earned a B.A. with distinction from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Rob Butler is the CEO and founder of Hightop Health and serves as Strategic Advisor to JLL focusing on healthcare opportunities.  Rob has over 20 years of experience in leadership and executive positions across healthcare companies,  particularly within digital health, tech-enabled and financial services industries.  He is seasoned in building companies from the ground up and driving strategic growth. Most recently, Rob served as CEO for Wondr Health, a digital health company providing digital behavioral change counseling focused on metabolic syndrome (MetS) reversal, diabetes prevention, and mental health.

Prior to his role at Wondr Health, Rob founded and served as CEO of Maestro Health, taking the company from start-up through an acquisition by AXA Health. Before he founded Maestro, Rob was the president of PayFlex and, upon its acquisition by Aetna, he served as the CEO and Head of the combined organization. Additionally, he previously held numerous executive leadership roles at MBI, Novamed and Allergan.

Tom Butts is the Executive Chairman of MedeAnalytics and is a Strategic Advisor to JLL. Tom has held multiple executive leadership positions including Board Director of OraMetrix, Inc, a premier orthodontic technology company located in Richardson, TX and the Chairman and CEO of ZirMed, Inc., an information technology company located in Louisville, KY. 

Prior to his role with ZirMed, and ZirMed’s acquisition by Bain Capital, Tom was the CEO of Optos PLC (FTSE: OPOSF), a global leader in retinal imaging technology located in Scotland, UK. Tom held the position of President and COO of IDX Systems Corporation, a global public healthcare information technology company where he oversaw the business before GE Healthcare subsequently acquired IDX. Prior to that, Tom spent 17 years with GE Healthcare, where he held a number of leadership positions in the US and Europe in sales, marketing, operations and M&A including General Manager of X-ray Europe and Global Vice President of OEC Medical Systems a business of GE Healthcare.

Dan Di Piazza is a Principal at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2017, Dan was in Private Equity at Arlington Capital Partners. Dan earned a B.S. in Economics from Pennsylvania State University, The Smeal College of Business, where he graduated cum laude.

Luana DeCostello is a Compliance Manager and Junior Accountant at JLL. She joined JLL in 2001. Luana attended Baruch College.

Bart Doedens is a Strategic Advisor to JLL Partners, with a particular focus on opportunities in the medical device industry. Bart has significant experience leading global organizations through periods of growth, transformation, and product innovation. He has overseen acquisitions, spinoffs, mergers, and numerous successful exits. Most recently, Bart was CEO of DDS Lab, Inc., the third largest national dental lab in the US. Prior to DDS Lab, Bart served as President of Biomet3i and CEO of Collagen Matrix.

In addition to his role on the Board of DDS Lab, Inc., Bart currently serves on the Board of Convergent Dental, an emerging growth company in the dental laser market. He also serves as Board member of Image Navigation Inc, an early-stage development company focused on dental surgical navigation. He is an informal advisor to White Implants NV, a Netherlands based ceramic implant start-up.

Bart began his career in the medical device industry after his obtaining his MD degree from the Free University of Amsterdam in the Netherlands and his MBA from the University of Rochester, NY.

Harold J. Faig, along with Baird Capital Partners, sold MedPlast, Inc. to JLL Partners and Water Street Healthcare Partners in 2016.  He currently serves on the Board of Viant (formally MedPlast) and continues to advise the company on technology matters.  Harold served as CEO of the company from its founding until its sale and was responsible for its organic and M&A activities which added significant global growth to the company. Harold also served as an advisor to River Cities Capital on the acquisition of Q’Apel. Q’Apel is a start-up supplying advanced neurovascular catheters for treatment of ischemic stroke victims.

Before founding MedPlast, Harold was a non-executive Chairman of the Board of Xaloy, Inc. (a Baird Capital Partners company), one of the world’s largest supplier of plastics processing machine component parts. He also served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Tech Group, Inc., a global supplier of plastic parts and devices to the healthcare and consumer products markets, prior to its sale to West Pharmaceutical.  Harold retired as President and Chief Operating Officer of Milacron, Inc. (one of the world’s largest plastics machinery and metalworking company), where he began his career serving in various capacities in manufacturing, engineering, development, product management, and general management.  He is a member of the Society of Plastics Industry (SPI) Board of Directors Executive Committee and has been recognized for his achievements in the engineering industry by The College Fellows of the Society of Manufacturing Engineers (SME).

Vanessa Flores is a Staff Accountant at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2018, Vanessa was a Tax Accountant at a tax firm located in Manhattan. Vanessa earned a B.S. in Accounting from CUNY Hunter College.

Ritika Gawande is a Principal at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2016, Ritika was in the Healthcare Group at J.P. Morgan. Ritika earned a B.S., summa cum laude, from the New York University Stern School of Business.

Philippe Guy is an Associate at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2022, Philippe was at Coady Diemar Partners working in Alternative Energy M&A. Philippe earned an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College where he graduated cum laude.

Garrett Hall is a Managing Director and leads JLL’s Capital Markets efforts. He is responsible for coordinating and overseeing all financing activities for JLL’s new platform acquisitions and existing portfolio companies. Since joining JLL, Garrett has structured and placed over $15.6 billion of debt capital across over 65 transactions. Prior to joining JLL in 2010, Garrett worked in GE Capital’s Leveraged Finance Group. Garrett earned a B.A. from Tufts University and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Kevin Hammond is a Managing Director and leads JLL’s industrials investment vertical. Kevin serves on JLL’s Investment Committee and Management Committee. Prior to joining JLL in 2004, Kevin worked in Merchant Banking at Greenhill & Co., LLC. Kevin earned a B.S. with distinction from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

James Hayes is a Strategic Advisor to JLL Partners, with a particular focus on opportunities in IT services. James is a 30+ year veteran of the IT services industry. Among his leadership roles he led Accenture's North America SAP practice, Global Oracle practice, and also had leadership positions in the Global Delivery Network and Alliances function.

James has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and Economics Honors from Purdue. In addition to his work with JLL, James also serves as an strategic advisor to EY.

Candance (Candy) Henderson is a Strategic Advisor to JLL, with a particular focus on opportunities in behavioral health and healthcare services. Candy has held numerous executive leadership positions including most recently as Chief Executive Officer of Monte Nido & Affiliates, a leading eating disorder treatment provider offering a full continuum of care at over 50 programs. Prior to her role with Monte Nido, Candy was the Chief Operating Officer of publicly-traded American Addiction Centers, and prior to that served as Division President for CRC Health Corporation—one of the largest behavioral health company at that time. Throughout her career, Candy has excelled as a solutions-driven leader and change agent, transforming behavioral healthcare facilities/companies into high-achieving operations while driving responsible growth.

Rich Jeanneret is a Board Director at Secretariat Advisors and is a Strategic Advisor to JLL, with a particular focus on opportunities in specialty consulting services. 

In his previous role as US-East Regional Managing Partner of Ernst & Young LLP, Rich led over 12,000 professionals across all services lines in the pursuit of growth, operational excellence and client engagement. He formerly served as Americas Strategy and Transactions Leader Ernst & Young, in which role Rich transformed and successfully developed that practice.

Rich has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Boston College. He was previously an ex officio board member of the Partnership for New York City and a board member of the Wolf Trap Foundation, the Lincoln Center Business Advisory Council. He also chairs the board of Impossible Kicks, one of the largest brick and mortar reseller of high-end sneakers and is an advisory board member of Out Leadership. Rich is active in both the New York City and Washington, DC business communities and has frequently contributed to local and national media outlets discussing M&A trends and other important business topics.

Marley Kamford is a Managing Director and Chief Talent Officer at JLL. She supports talent initiatives for JLL's portfolio companies, including leading executive search and assessment and implementing human capital programs. Prior to joining JLL in 2022, Marley was a founding executive and the Head of Talent & People Operations at Flowcode, a first-party data SaaS platform. Previously, she was Director of Executive Search at Verizon Media and began her career as an executive search and assessment professional at Russell Reynolds Associates. Marley earned her BA from Colgate University, where she graduated summa cum laude and with high honors.

Cara Killackey, Managing Director (Investor Relations), Cara Killackey, Managing Director, joined JLL in January 2024 and is the Head of Investor Relations. Before joining JLL, Cara worked in private equity investor relations at I Squared Capital, Partners Group, and Probitas Partners. Prior to her fundraising experience, Cara was an internal auditor at the global financial institutions Nomura, Lehman Brothers, and Barclays. Cara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, as well as a Minor in French.

Alex Kondziolka is a Vice President at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2021, Alex worked in Healthcare Private Equity at TA Associates. Previously, he was in the Healthcare Group at Credit Suisse. Alex earned a B.S.B.A., cum laude, from Georgetown University, and an M.B.A. in Healthcare Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Paul Levy founded JLL in 1988 and serves on JLL’s Investment Committee and Management Committee. Before founding JLL, Paul was a Managing Director at Drexel Burnham Lambert, where he was responsible for the firm’s restructuring and exchange offer business in New York. Previously, he was CEO of Yves Saint Laurent, Inc., New York; Vice President of Administration and General Counsel of Quality Care, Inc.; and an attorney with Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP. Paul earned a B.A. from Lehigh University, where he graduated summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He also received a certificate from the Sorbonne Institute of Political Science in Paris, France.

Solomon Mangham is a Vice President at JLL.  Prior to joining JLL in 2023, Solomon worked in Healthcare and Technology Private Equity at Astorg Partners.  Previously, he was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company in the Private Equity & Principal Investors Practice.  Solomon earned a B.B.A. in Finance, Magna Cum Laude, from Howard University.

Lars Marcher serves as a Strategic Advisor to JLL focusing on medical device and other healthcare investment opportunities.  Lars has global business leadership experience spanning 35 years.  He has served in numerous executive and leadership positions,  three of which were at publicly listed companies. Most recently, Lars held the role of President and CEO of Ambu, a medical device company that develops, produces and markets single-use endoscopy diagnostics, solutions and equipment as well as cardiac and neuro monitoring devices.  During his 11-year tenure at Ambu, the company grew from ~$100 million to over $10 billion in market cap. Beyond that, his leadership experience includes serving as CFO/COO at Terma, one of Denmark’s largest company within the aerospace and defense industry, President of Dataram Corporation, a manufacturer of computer memory and software products, and President and CEO of MCT (acquired by Dataram). 

Lars also holds multiple board and chairman positions, including at Corti AI, Dawn Health, and AirLife (formerly Sun-Med) and is a strategic business advisor to Olympus Corporation in Japan, The Surgical Company in Holland, and the Vækstfonden in Denmark.  Lars holds a Masters Degree in International Business Management from Aarhaus Business School, an MBA from Macquarie University, and an Executive Management Diploma from INSEAD.

Vikas Mouli is a Managing Director at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2017, Vikas was in Private Equity at TPG Growth and in the Mergers & Acquisitions Group at Barclays. Vikas earned an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College where he graduated cum laude, and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Nick Namacher is an Associate at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2022, Nick was at Houlihan Lokey working on Business Services M&A. Nick earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration – Finance and a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Florida.

Toni Nijm is a Strategic Advisor to JLL, with a particular focus on opportunities in legal technology. Toni has held numerous executive leadership positions including Chief Strategy & Innovation Officer at CPA Global, the largest global intellectual property management and technology company. Prior to his role with CPA, Toni founded and served as CEO of Ipendo, where he led the development and growth of the company’s proprietary IP management software platform and related services. Toni currently serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations, including Univrses AB, Deep North Inc., Contour Pte Ltd., Utopia Music AG, and Estate Logs AB.

Mark Luck Olson is Chief Executive Officer of RecoveryOne (the leading digital Musculoskeletal solution for payers) and is a Strategic Advisor to JLL. A noted speaker and market-oriented innovator, Mark’s career in healthcare has focused on unleashing market growth while improving the cost and quality of care.

Prior to RecoveryOne, Mark served as President of Global Services and Payer/Provider Solutions for Decision Resources Group. Mark co-founded ChapterHouse (CH), which became the leading boutique strategy consultancy serving the U.S. health services sector. CH was sold to Marsh McLennan in 2008, at which point Mark became a Partner in Oliver Wyman’s Healthcare practice. Prior to CH, Mark spent eight years at Baxter Healthcare, a leading global medical device and technology company, first working on national strategy assignments in Europe and the Far East, later as CIO for Baxter’s $2 billion global biotech business.

Mark is an alumnus of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he earned his undergraduate degree and MBA. 

Brian Pagano is an Assistant Controller at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2013, Brian was a Supervisor at Schwartz & Company, LLP, a Long Island-based CPA firm, specializing in hedge funds and home office accounting and audit clients.  Brian earned a B.S. and M.B.A. in Accounting from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Bob Polus serves as Chairman at Repario Data and is a Strategic Advisor to JLL.  He works closely with the Repario leadership team and drives the company’s approach to growth, M&A and integration.

Bob is a 30+ year veteran of the legal services industry, and was Founder and CEO of Xact Data Discovery, an innovator in the eDiscovery field and a successful JLL Fund VII investment (sold to Consilio in 2021). Bob’s dedication to delivering results and his ability to address litigation support challenges with a strategic mindset make him a go-to expert for legal services industry insights.

Nick Porter is a Vice President at JLL. Prior to joining JLL, Nick was at Houlihan Lokey in the Aerospace, Defense, and Government Services group. Nick earned a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.

Brooks Powlen is a Managing Director, focused on JLL’s business services investments. Prior to joining JLL in 2013, Brooks was in Investment Banking at Wells Fargo Securities. Brooks earned an A.B. in Economics from Harvard College where he graduated cum laude, an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania where he was a Palmer Scholar, and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Frank Rodriguez is a Managing Director and leads JLL’s business services investment vertical. Frank serves on JLL’s Investment Committee and Management Committee. Prior to joining JLL in 1995, Frank worked in the Merchant Banking Group at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette Securities Corporation, where he focused on executing leveraged buyout transactions. Frank earned a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Josefina Rodriguez is a Senior Executive Assistant at JLL. She joined JLL in 1988. Josefina earned a BA degree in Education from Adelphi University.

Ali Ryan is an Investor Relations Senior Associate at JLL.  Prior to joining JLL in 2022, Ali was a Compliance Associate at Deutsche Bank.  Ali earned a B.S. in Finance from Fordham University.

Daren Schneider is Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at JLL. He is responsible for the firm’s I/T, H/R, Accounting, Regulatory and Compliance Operations. Prior to joining JLL in 2018, Daren worked at First Reserve Corporation, Credit Suisse, The Blackstone Group, Viacom, and Deloitte. Daren earned a B.S. in Accounting, M.B.A in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant in New York

James Shillito is a Managing Director focused on JLL’s healthcare investment vertical. Prior to joining JLL in 2022, James worked at The Carlyle Group leading the Carlyle U.S. Equity Opportunity Fund’s healthcare efforts. Previously, James worked as an investment professional at Broad Sky Partners and Fenway Partners. James earned his B.S.B.A. with a concentration in finance from Boston University, where he graduated summa cum laude.

Rear Admiral (Ret.) Peter Stamatopoulos serves as a strategic advisor to JLL focusing on the aerospace and defense sector.  He holds multiple industry positions including board memberships at Jonathan Engineered Solutions, Bartlett Maritime Corp., Defcon AI, and Aero-Mark. He is also an Executive Fellow at the Institute for Defense and Business. Previously, he has served on prestigious boards such as the Navy Corporate Forum, NATO Logistics Committee, and has held influential positions as the Board Chairman of the Central European Pipeline System and Chairman of the Navy Exchange Retail Audit Committee.

Peter's extensive naval career spans 35 years, starting in various roles within the Navy Supply Corps and culminating in leadership positions such as the U.S. Navy's 49th Chief of Supply Corps and Commander of Naval Supply Systems Command. Throughout his tenure, he orchestrated the integration and management of E2E supply chains across diverse platforms such as submarines, amphibious assault ships, aircraft carriers, aircraft, and operational staffs worldwide.  

Austin Stengle is an Associate at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2023, Austin was at Clearsight Advisors working in Business Services M&A. Austin earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania

John Sullivan is a Staff Accountant at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2021, John was a Senior Auditor at Ernst & Young. John earned a B.S in Accounting and an M.B.A in Business from Manhattan College.

Kristen Tabone is a Senior Executive Assistant at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2008, Kristen was at National Asset Management Inc. Kristen earned a B.A. degree in Finance from Iona College.

Brandon Tobin is an Associate at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2022, Brandon was at Deutsche Bank working in their healthcare investment banking coverage group, primarily focused on HealthTech. Brandon earned a B.S. Economics from Hamilton College.

Carol Vallone serves as a board member of HighTop Health. She is a seasoned CEO and board member who has launched, scaled, and sold SaaS and tech-enabled services companies, and currently advises high-growth businesses. She currently serves as Chair of the Board of Trustees for McLean Hospital, the US News & World Report #1 ranked psychiatric hospital in America (August 2023) and is a trustee for the Mass General Brigham integrated healthcare system.  Beyond that, Carol is also on the board of Arosa, a provider of integrated adult care management and care services; board chair of Ria Health, delivering online, tech-enabled, evidence-based treatments for alcohol use disorder; board chair of MindMed, a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focusing on brain health disorders; independent director of Cresco Labs, one of the largest multi-state, vertically integrated cannabis companies; and board chair of CrowdComfort, a SAAS facilities management company.

Gerard van Spaendonck is an Operating Partner and Managing Director at JLL. Gerard works closely with JLL’s management teams to improve operational efficiencies, integrate add-on acquisitions, and implement growth strategies. Prior to joining JLL in 2014, Gerard held various positions in Philips Healthcare including CEO of the Home Monitoring business, CFO of Imaging Systems, and Post Merger Integrator of the Intermagnetics MRI acquisition. Gerard also held CFO and operational roles in Singapore, Netherlands and Australia and was a member of various oversight boards. Gerard earned a B.B.A. from the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and an Executive Master in Finance & Control from the University of Amsterdam.

Brandon Wang is an Associate at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2023, Brandon was at Credit Suisse working in the healthcare investment banking coverage group. Brandon earned a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

John Watts Jr. is a Strategic Advisor to JLL Partners, with a particular focus on opportunities in healthcare services. John has over 35 years of experience in leadership and board roles at large health insurance organizations, commercial and consumer health businesses, and innovative private healthcare companies.

John is currently CEO at Paradigm, a market leader in specialty care management. Prior to Paradigm, John served as President and CEO for Wellpoint and Anthem businesses, including Anthem’s Commercial and Consumer business.

Harry West is a Board Director at Modus Create and is a Strategic Advisor to JLL, with a particular focus on opportunities in digital engineering.

Harry West is a Professor Practice at Columbia University, where he is building a human-centered design and innovation curriculum and working at the intersection of design, data and behavior change with a focus on developing new ways to reduce consumption. He is also the Principal of Invisible Design which develops design and innovation solutions to particularly difficult business problems and helps design organizations align their work meaningfully with company strategy.

Harry was formerly the CEO of frog (now part of Capgemini), Senior Partner at Prophet, and CEO at Continuum (now part of Epam). Prior to working in design consulting, Harry was an associate professor of Mechanical Engineering at MIT where he taught kinematics and engineering design.

Harry received his BA in Engineering from Cambridge University in 1980, an MS in Technology and Policy from MIT in 1984, and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from MIT in 1986.

Jason Wreath currently heads AWS’s Worldwide Solutions for AI/ML, Analytics, and Data. His forward-looking, entrepreneurial approach to building products and businesses has led him through being a founder, executive, board member, and trusted advisor with over 25 years of experience in information products, cloud technology, and healthcare, including building his first internet-based company in 2003. He has been an executive with Veeva and Symphony Health, worked with over 400 pharmaceutical manufacturers, and led notable initiatives for the FDA, CDC, digital health providers, payors, and health systems. Jason resides near Phoenix, Arizona where he is always happy to strike up a conversation about data rights, innovation, and user experience.

David Yaverbaum is an Assistant Controller at JLL. Prior to joining JLL in 2007, David was a Senior Accountant at The BISYS Group, Inc. providing administration and distribution services for hedge funds and private equity funds. Previously, David was at Dreyfus in the investment accounting division focusing on the international mutual funds. David earned a B.S. in Accounting from the Zicklin School of Business at Baruch College.
